- About to ICCEP 2026-
The International Conference on Communication Engineering and Physics 2026 (ICCEP 2026) will be held grandly in Hangzhou, the city of innovation vitality in China. This conference focuses on the deep integration of communication engineering technology and basic research in physics, aiming to create an interdisciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, gathering experts, scholars, researchers, engineers, and university teachers and students in fields such as communication engineering, electronic science and technology, quantum physics, optics, electromagnetics, materials physics, and information science. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on key physical layer technologies in 5G/6G wireless communication, millimeter wave and terahertz communication systems, fiber optic communication and integrated photonics, quantum communication and quantum key distribution, new antenna design and electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics, the application of metamaterials and reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) in communication, physical mechanisms in low-power communication, semiconductor device physics and high-performance communication chips, optoelectronic devices and integration technology, noise modeling and signal integrity analysis in communication systems, and other cutting-edge directions. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, and experimental results displays, we aim to promote innovation in physics principles, empower breakthroughs in communication technology, and facilitate the two-way integration of basic research and engineering applications. ICCEP 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "physics based, connecting the future" and is committed to exploring the limits of communication from both material and energy perspectives, supporting the high-speed, secure, and reliable development of the next generation of information networks. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by EI, Scopus, or IEEE to enhance academic influence.

All full paper submissions to the ICCEP 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICCEP 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iccep@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
